Dicha solicitud se Aplazó ya que la barra de la defensa de la familia Jiménez le solicito al tribunal una certificación de todos los procesos abierto que el imputado tiene para verificar con exactitud cuáles de ellos ha cumplido al pie de la letra como lo indica la ley
